Shop Helper
Skaha Ford – Shop Helper
Skaha Ford is a locally and family owned business that has operated in Penticton for over 38 years. We are currently looking for a Shop Helper to join our team. We offer a close-knit team/family environment within the dealership while selling one of the most progressive brands in automotive We are currently looking for a young able person to help here in the shop.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Helping mount and balance tires
- Swapping tires onto vehicles
- Pulling tires from storage
- Cleaning customer vehicles and helping with other shop related tasks
Person must be self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn. Previous tire mounting and balancing not a requirement. This is a full time position with the possibility to advance within the company.

Key Qualification:
- Develop ongoing relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company
- Results oriented, driven and a desire to always improve
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract (Class 5 is a plus)
- Must be coachable and willing to learn
